SALE TERMS: We require a $75.00 deposit on the kid of your choice. Mail check to Cindy Hill 49202 Garfield Rd, Oberlin, Ohio 44074. All pre-orders are taken on a first come first serve basis so please call early for Best Selections. Balance is due within 4 weeks after the notification of birth. When choosing a kid, please consider a second choice if possible, in case your first choice is not available. If we are unable to fill your order or if the animal does not meet our standards of quality, your deposit may be transferred to another choice or refunded upon buyer's request. Deposits are not refunded on Cancelled orders.

All shipping expenses, crate and air fare are to be paid by the purchaser, along with any health papers if needed. Local air port is Cleveland Hopkins.

We practice a strict CAE prevention program. We test for CAE annually. We are present at each kids birth and use heat treated colostrum and pasteurized milk. Each kid receives a BO-SE shot at birth and CDT when they are disbudded


RETAINED Denotes: A kid being kept for our breeding program.

RESERVED Denotes: A kid reserved for a buyer for which a deposit has been received. Kids must be picked up or shipped by 4 weeks of age unless other arrangements have been made for a longer stay.

We reserve Breeders Right to keep any kid for our replacement stock.

We are in the planning stages of our fall 2009 breeding program. Some does will be listed as to what buck they well be bred too. But please note all breedings are subject to change without advance notice.
Other does we are planning A.I.'s and will be posted if the conception took.
All live breedings and A.I's will be confirmed by Ultrasound.
