Jeruseh is a very long, level and stylish doe with excellent breed character. While she has a beautiful rear udder attachment, she lacks some in the side and fore extension and then complicated with a bout of mastitis, she is not as competitive as some of our other does. Her daughter, Cricket's Kids Sapphira has one of the nicest mammaries in our herd and Jeruseh's dam, Us & Udders Emily is one of the most competitive does we have the privilege of owning. Check out her daughter Sapphira.

Her other show case doe was GCH Us-And-Udders Emily that she purchased as a 2 year old first freshner. With a show win of 13 X BOB, 5X BIS, 3X INBA Specialty Show Winner in 1999, 2000, 2001. Deb consider her animals elegant, long, tall and dairy with exceptionally well attached mammaries. Her Line breeding on Gambler that she had done has really worked well in her herd.

Deb also enjoyed sharing her knowledge mentoring her friends. Deb and husband Frank operated a top producing commercial dariy between 1990 & 1996.

Actively involved in the Rottweilers Rescue for Alter Pets. Member of American Dairy Goat Association 1989, International Nubian Breeders Association and North East Ohio Dairy Goat Association. She also served in the U.S. Army.

Thanks to Deb and Frank for mentoring us when we first got started into goats. They both have gone out of their way many time to travel to our fram to help us in any way.
Cricket's Kids herd goes back to Rimfire's Gambling Mufasa, GCH MBK Mia.

List below are a few pictures of some of Deb's beloved animals that she had in her herd. Some animals pictured are ones that are either owned by Cricket's Kids or used by Cricket's Kids for our Breeding program and there for referance.

PORSCHA
Our Red-Red Rottweiler

Lessa was Deb's beloved very well trained Rottweiler. Our family never consider having a big dogs before especially a Rottweilers since all you hear about them are the bad behavior that they suppose have. So every time we went to visit with Deb and Frank we got to see them interact with the dogs. At first we were very nerves about being around them. Deb at that time was very actively involved in rescues of Rottweilers and placing them in good homes. Deb and Frank educated us about the breed in how gentle, loving and a rewarding companions they could be. Very intelligent and obedient. Very devoted and loyal to their owner and family. Lessa was going to have puppies soon and we had ask Deb if we could get a puppy for our daughter Amber for her Birthday. Amber wanted one really bad and if we were going to get one I knew it had to come from Lessa . We loved the personality of Lessa, she was just an all around beautiful dog and always wanted our attention when we came to visit. Deb called us that day Lessa was having her pups and we headed down right away to see them. When we arrived Lessa's puppies were all born. To our surprise one female was a light red and 2 male that were born were pure white and the rest were the normal Rottweilers color. Deb was not happy about the genetic faults in the off colored puppies that were born. Lessa was an American line Rottweiler in which she was bred to the male that was the German line. We begged Deb for the red female in which their was much debate over it. She finally relented on the condition that she was to be spay and we agree to that. Deb called us a few weeks after the puppies were born to say that Lessa was drying up from her milk and wanted to know if we could take our puppy home along with another one so we could bottle feed them goats milk. Our new puppy and one of her "white" brothers came to our place when they were 3 weeks old. After a few months Deb and Frank came up to pick up the male puppy to take back home. At that time we had not picked out a name yet for your new puppy. Amber and Deb work together to came up with the German name Porscha. As Porscha got older her red coat became a deeper red like the color of Deb's hair. When relatives and friends came to visit Porscha enthusiastically welcomed them. But if a stranger stop by they were very hesitate to approach the porch, she was a great guard dog. And once they were greeted by us, she would greet them also and that it was ok. Porscha had very expressive eyes that showed goodwill and loyalty. And loved small children and thought all the baby goats were hers. The baby goats came into the house for the first 24 hours right after they were born to ensure they got off to a good start and Porscha would be right there laying next to them being mother to them all . Porscha has been a wonderful addition to our family is a daily reminder of Deb and her love for the Rottweiler breed. On August 2, 2008 our beloved 8 year old Porscha passed over the rainbow bridge. She suffered from hip dysphasia. Our hearts mourn over our loss and our home is not the same there is such a huge void. Our heart is to find another Rottweiler to add to our family and in hopes to find one that will be just as loving and devoted as Porscha was.

Porscha loved the baby goats. This next picture says it all. Our very gental Porscha loves little children. Here is Kylie snuggled all up with her.
